Multi-award winning Americana singer/songwriter from Glasgow, Scotland, Emma Jane is known for her rich, bluesy voice and emotionally charged songwriting. Her 2024 album ‘Grow’ earned BCMA UK Album of the year – solidifying her reputation as one of the most compelling voices on the UK roots scene. Whether on stage or in the studio, Emma’s evocative lyrics and soulful delivery captivate and connect, leaving a deep impression long after the final note.

Emma First began writing songs at just seven years old. Over the years, her lyrics have matured, shaped by life’s trials and triumphs, but they retain that intimate, soul-bearing quality that draws listeners in. Her live performances are known for their warmth, honesty and emotional intensity – she has a rare gift for making every listener feel as though she’s singing just to them.
